Job Title: Equity Advisor Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services (Franchisee Office) Job Description: As an Equity Advisor, you will be responsible for providing investment advice to clients, managing their equity portfolios, and executing trades based on research and market insights. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, offering personalized stock recommendations, and ensuring portfolio performance aligns with client objectives. You will collaborate with research teams, stay updated on market trends, and work towards achieving revenue and AUM growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Offer expert advisory on equity investments based on research and market analysis. - Build and manage client relationships to drive portfolio growth. - Execute trades and monitor portfolio performance. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. - Work towards revenue and AUM targets by increasing client engagement. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. - NISM certification (Series VIII) preferred. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Experience in equity advisory, broking, or wealth management is an advantage.
