About the Role

Financial Administrator

You’ll act as the first point of contact for clients, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience while keeping our operations running smoothly.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated administrative support to one of our Financial Advisors
• Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Prepare, review, and submit client applications and financial documents
• Maintain and update accurate client records and data in internal systems
• Liaise with clients and financial institutions to ensure timely processing
• Assist with report preparation, data entry, and Excel-based financial summaries
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support compliance activities
