Financial Accounting and Reporting

Dimexon is currently looking for an experienced Accounting to Reporting professional to take charge of financial accounting and reporting processes, including consolidation. This integral role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy of financial statements, complying with reporting standards, managing cash flow effectively to support business growth, and ensuring associated compliances are met. Responsibilities include managing the full record-to-report cycle in accordance with regulatory requirements and IFRS / Ind AS, conducting month-end closing activities for internal and external reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, managing intercompany accounting for accurate group consolidation, coordinating statutory audits, ensuring compliance with local statutory reporting requirements, implementing internal controls, monitoring cash flow projections, leading capital expenditure management, mentoring a team of accountants, and collaborating with finance teams and other departments to ensure cohesive financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing or global operations. They should possess advanced knowledge of financial accounting and Group reporting, working knowledge of tools such as Group Reporting or BPC and ERP systems (SAP), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
