Financial Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Accountant to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company’s financial discussions. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Calculation/verification of reports provided by suppliers, and then generating invoices to suppliers and crediting amounts to all stores.
• Running Sales/Scan reports for the head office and using that data to generate invoices in Xero to suppliers.
• Monthly Statement/Invoice Reconciliation.
• Administration works from time to time
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports in ZERO software
• Bookkeeping and File maintenance
• Managing of invoices from various departments and vendors

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good Analytical skills, Mathematical skills and very well-organized professional
• Punctual someone who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Computer skills in MS Office
