Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant at OptiPlexus, your role will involve managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. You will also ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP, conduct financial analysis, and support audit and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for accurate reporting. - Handle month-end adjustments, accruals, and the entire closing process. - Prepare financial statements and management reports (MIS) in compliance with IFRS / US GAAP / local regulations. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Support external audits by assisting in substantive audit procedures, reconciliations, and preparing audit schedules. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies such as IFRS and US GAAP. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of accounting experience. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills. - Sound knowledge of accounting principles and reporting. - Familiarity with cloud accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Odoo, etc. - Experience in reconciliations, financial reporting, and MIS reports. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and willingness to learn and grow.
