Financial Accountant – Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant with strong experience in general accounting and statutory compliance. Experience with F&B will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Prepare and file statutory compliances including GST, TDS, ESI, and PF within prescribed timelines
• Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Handle and reconcile Siggy and Zomato transactions, including settlements, commissions, discounts, and payout reconciliations (added advantage)
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants as required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with F&B is a plus
• Knowledge of Siggy and Zomato transaction processing and reconciliation is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
