Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant at Croda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient processing of transactions while complying with Croda's ethics policy. Reporting to the Finance Controller, your responsibilities will include: - Processing transactions on time and performing bank reconciliations - Entering data in month-end relevant package - Dealing with bankers for Import / Export / Routine transactions - Implementing Ethics and Compliance measures Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree qualification in accounting - Exposure to SAP, experience of S/4 Hana would be an added advantage - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate assertively - Additional knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax would be beneficial - Ability to work effectively within a team Your key responsibilities as a Financial Accountant at Croda will involve: - Demonstrating familiarity with various work procedures within the accounts and finance department - Providing systems training and general advice to Finance Assistants - Following established procedures and processes within the Finance Department - Ensuring accurate financial reporting to support commercial decision-making - Overseeing vendor queries, banking transactions, month-end processes, and general ledger reviews - Acting as a key point of contact during internal and external audits Joining Croda will offer you numerous opportunities for growth and leadership, along with competitive salary and benefits such as free parking at the site, best-in-class medical benefits, transportation, career development, and generous leave policies.
