Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager – Tourism to oversee our end-to-end tour operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic and international travel coordination, vendor management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Plan, cost, and execute domestic & international tour packages Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport providers Manage FIT and group bookings with accuracy and attention to detail Handle pre-tour and post-tour customer communication Ensure smooth travel documentation, vouchers, and itinerary dispatch Lead and monitor the operations team for productivity and performance Implement cost control and process improvement measures Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate best rates Prepare daily and weekly operations and expense reports Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in tourism operations (domestic + international) Strong knowledge of flights, hotels, visas, and travel portals DMC coordination and vendor management experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Leadership mindset and ability to manage a small operations team Strong organizational and time management abilities Pune-based candidates preferred Ideal Candidate Profile Result-oriented and customer-focused Strong in follow-ups and communication Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Passionate about travel and operations excellence What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Growth opportunities in a dynamic travel brand Exposure to international tour management and operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: tourism operations (domestic + international): 3 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Location: Pune H.O, Pune, Maharashtra (Required)
