Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager – Tourism to oversee our end-to-end tour operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic and international travel coordination, vendor management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, cost, and execute domestic & international tour packages
• Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport providers
• Manage FIT and group bookings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle pre-tour and post-tour customer communication
• Ensure smooth travel documentation, vouchers, and itinerary dispatch
• Lead and monitor the operations team for productivity and performance
• Implement cost control and process improvement measures
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate best rates
• Prepare daily and weekly operations and expense reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in tourism operations (domestic + international)
• Strong knowledge of flights, hotels, visas, and travel portals
• DMC coordination and vendor management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership mindset and ability to manage a small operations team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Pune-based candidates preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
