Job Description

As a Senior Manager-Finance Transformation (GBS) with 10-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives. Your role will involve understanding core finance processes such as PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury. You should have a solid grasp of digital tools used in finance, including core ERP systems and bolt-on solutions. In this role, you will need to be well-versed in transformation methodologies and frameworks, with experience in executing strategy to execution transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include assessing, designing, and implementing operating models. You should be capable of creating process documentation, conducting time and motion studies, and assessing manpower requirements. Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio is essential for this role. Experience with process mining would be a bonus. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of technology and its applications in various business scenarios. Overall, your role as a Senior Manager-Finance Transformation (GBS) will require a combination of financial acumen, transformation expertise, and technological proficiency to drive successful outcomes in finance transformation initiatives.,
