Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key responsibilities

Atlassian Suite Administration:

Administer and configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools to support SDLC, DevOps, and Agile practices.
Manage user access, permissions, and roles, ensuring adherence to security and governance policies.
Monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure optimal uptime and performance of Atlassian tools.

2. Agile & DevOps Integration:

Collaborate with the Software Architect and development teams to integrate Atlassian tools into Agile and DevOps workflows.
o Implement CI/CD pipelines using Atlassian tools, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms used in the organization.
o Support the automation of development and deployment processes using Jira, Bitbucket, and other CI/CD tools.

3. Workflow Customization and Optimization:

Design and optimize Jira workflows, Kanban boards, Scrum boards, and other configurations to enhance project tracking and collaboration.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and create custom workflows that meet business needs and drive operational efficiency

4. Training and User Support:

Provide training and ongoing support to users across the organization on best practices for using Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Atlassian-related issues.

5. Feature Management and Process Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest Atlassian suite features and updates, proactively recommending and implementing new functionality.
Lead the rollout of new features and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration into existing workflows.
Continuously evaluate and improve Atlassian tool usage, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and project management, to ensure that Atlassian tools are aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that tool configurations meet business requirements.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on how Atlassian tools can support ongoing business transformation efforts
.

Skills and requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket) in an Agile and DevOps environment.
Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
Proven experience in designing and configuring Jira workflows, automations, and integrations with other platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Atlassian suite.
Experience with scripting, automation, and tool integration (e.g., REST APIs, Jenkins) is a plus.
Atlassian certification (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-520, ACP-620, and ACP-420) is preferred.
Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
