Job Description

Job Title: Finance Trainer cum Admin

Location: Perinthalmanna

Department: Academics

Reports to: Administrative Head

Type: Full-Time

Office Time: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Finance Trainer cum Admin who will be responsible for delivering finance-related training sessions and managing administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask across training and admin functions.

Key Responsibilities:Training Responsibilities (Finance):

  • Conduct training sessions on finance topics such as Accounting and Finance
  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, notes, quizzes, and case studies.
  • Prepare learners for finance certifications (e.g., Tally, GST, Excel for Finance, CFA basics, etc.).
  • Deliver both online and offline training, based on the institution's format.
  • Monitor learner performance and provide feedback and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and ensure training content is current.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and batch planning.
  • Handle inquiries from students or clients regarding courses, schedules, and certifications.
  • Assist in onboarding new students/participants and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain inventory of training materials and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate reports on student performance, course completion, and administrative metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance training, administration, or a similar dual role (Freshers can also apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CFA Level 1, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in local language (optional but beneficial).
  • Experience in handling admissions or student engagement processes.
