About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled educators to teach financial literacy to kids and teens aged 6–16 years across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online finance classes for kids and teens (6–16 years), primarily for US-based learners, via Zoom.
• Conduct classes aligned with curriculum, assessments, and certification standards.
• Drive exceptional learning outcomes by improving students' speed, accuracy, confidence, and logical reasoning.
• Conduct periodic

  Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

  with a target

  Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9+

• Share detailed and timely class feedback and learner observations with the internal team.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancements, feedback mechanisms, and internal training programs.
• Maintain professionalism, timely communication, and consistent learner engagement.
• Track learner progress and recommend structured learning pathways for improvement.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with young learners.
• Comfortable teaching live 1:1 or small group online classes using Zoom.
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a laptop/PC with a functional camera and microphone.
• Prior online teaching experience in schools or EdTech platforms preferred.
• Tutors with IELTS/TOEFL or similar teaching experience may also apply.
• Candidates with certifications or qualifications such as

  CA, CS, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

  are highly preferred.

Work Structure & Perks

Compensation

• Earn

  up to ₹40,000 per month
