Pikolo is building India's go-to marketplace for event services - photographers, makeup artists, musicians, decorators, and more. We're raising our Angel Round and need a finance strategist to build our financial blueprint and become our finance leader post-funding.

Phase 1 (Contract - 3-4 days):

Create investor-grade financial models and projections for our Angel Round pitch.

Phase 2 (Post-Funding):

Join as Finance & Strategy Head with competitive salary + ESOP to manage our ₹2-3 Cr runway and scale the business.

Outcome:

• Have built financial models for startups or growth companies
• Understand unit economics, burn rate, and runway management
• Can explain complex finances simply to non-finance founders
• Have worked on fundraising decks or investor presentations
• Think strategically, not just operationally
• Can work independently and deliver quality fast

Bonus Points:

• Experience with marketplace or B2C business models
• Previous startup experience (seed to Series A)
• CA/CFA/MBA or equivalent financial qualification

• Fixed payment (discuss on first call)
