Job Description

What this job involves:

Managing end-to-end Order to Cash processes including expenses and revenue analysis
Submitting invoices to Business, Client Portal or Client as applicable
Preparing reconciliations, accruals, deferment and reclass journals
Manage billing related queries
Reporting invoicing status to Business or DC team coordinators
Collaborating across multiple Finance and Business teams

Requirements:

Degree holder – preferred B.com/M.Com/MBA in Finance
4-6 years of invoicing/billing experience
Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills
High attention to detail with ability to prioritize work within tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Fluency in spoken and written English

Technical skills:

Experience managing end-to-end billing processes including setup and invoice finalization
Experience with P&L preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
