Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (typically 8+ years). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Experience in Budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, MIS reporting, GST, Cost optimization. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
