The Business Risk and Control Senior Analyst role is ideal for a seasoned professional who possesses in-depth disciplinary knowledge and contributes to the development of new techniques and processes within the area or function. You will also be involved in risk appetite monitoring, governance, and training, and ensuring adherence to enterprise requirements for sound operational and compliance risk management. To excel in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience, proficiency in work-flow systems, excellent project management and organizational skills, outstanding relationship building abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
