Job Description

Role Overview: As a Finance Program & Ops Manager at Accenture, your main aim will be to coordinate, activate, and oversee different profit optimization and cost efficiency initiatives across Accenture globally. You will work with various Corporate Functions such as Mobility, Sales, Finance, HR, Business Operations, and Procurement. Your role requires strong project management skills, deep financial knowledge, and the ability to plan and execute special projects while inspiring change and working closely with other senior leads. Key Responsibilities: - Identify Revenue, Pricing, Cost-To-Serve, and structural actionable insights to activate profit opportunities across Accenture's defined profit levers. - Drive Profit Optimization workstreams at speed and scale, collaborating with different organizations to coordinate change management for sustainable transformation. - Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics, and training based on ongoing experience and feedback. - Provide Business Leaders with insights and options for durable and sustainable profitable growth. - Measure success through the realization of increased profit at stakeholder nodes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7/8 years of relevant experience. - Ability to establish credibility with the business leadership team and other internal stakeholders. - Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. - Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives. - Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. - Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility. - Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. - Embraces new technology proactively. - Ability to prioritize multiple demands. - Strategic thinking and curiosity for problem-solving with creativity.
