We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Professional to manage and support key financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure financial integrity, efficiency, and strategic decision-making aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts Assist in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls Support month-end and year-end closing activities Collaborate with internal and external auditors Participate in financial modeling and risk analysis Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives Maintain financial data accuracy and integrity Use ERP and financial tools for reporting and analysis
