Create financial forecasts to assist in long-term planning. Financial Planning : Develop financial strategies and policies to achieve organizational goals. Assess and manage financial risks, including liquidity and market risks. Financial Reporting : Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. Taxation and Compliance : Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Optimize tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability. Cash Management : Manage cash flow to meet short-term and long-term financial needs. Monitor and optimize working capital. Investment Management : Oversee investments, including stocks, bonds, and other financial instruments. Evaluate investment performance and recommend changes when necessary.
