Job Title: Senior Analyst FP&A Global Finance Operations Shift- rotational - 8:00 Pm-5:00 Am and 4:00 Pm -1:00 Am Location- Madhapur Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the global stakeholders to process and ensure accurate recording (Accruals, Amortization, Allocation, Reclass, etc), reporting, consolidation and analyzing reports pertaining to FP&A Review / analyze the periodical financial reports as per business needs. Assist the leadership team in preparation of appropriate financial modelling as per business needs. Perform comparative analysis of budget / forecast vs actuals of KPIs along with detailed commentary on the variances. Prepare periodical department wise trend analysis of revenue, expenses and provide critical inputs to management for effective decision making. Participate in various finance led process improvement activities and other special projects. Lead FP&A related audit deliverables during audit. Periodic review / update of SOP's to make sure any process changes, exceptions and new learnings are updated timely. Identify areas of process improvement, standardization and automation. Communication : Transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents. Who are we looking for? Preferably 6 to 15 years of experience in Accounting / Finance. Excellent communication skills and cross -departmental collaboration skills. Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and process improvement.
