Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (monthly/quarterly) to provide financial insights.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, and ensure accurate month-end and year-end close.
• Monitor revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions and collaborate with sales for contract validation.
• Ensure timely filing for GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and implement internal controls.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across tech infrastructure, HR operations, and marketing.
• Prepare fundraising-ready financial models and support investor relations and due diligence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on cost tracking and product-level P&L.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred; B.Com / M.Com with strong experience considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in SaaS companies or digital businesses.
• Strong command of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in tools such as Tally/Zoho Books and Excel, with experience in Power BI.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics like MRR/ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and high integrity.

• Experience with investor MIS and financial modeling.
