Job Description

About the Role:

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

2. Accounting & Financial Operations

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books.
Manage payroll processes, asset management, and inventory accounting (if applicable).

3. Compliance, Audit & Taxation

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, and credit facilities.
Optimize fund utilization and minimize financial risks.

5. Financial Strategy & Business Support

Provide financial insights to support business growth and cost optimization.
Evaluate investment proposals, new projects, and capital expenditures.
Support management with financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
CA / CMA / MBA in Finance (preferred but optional based on your requirement).
5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
