Job Title: Finance Manager / Senior Finance Analyst Experience: 8-10 Years Job Location:- Pune(Onsite) Industry Preference: IT(SAP) or related sectors Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven finance professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in financial management within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Prepare financial reports and drive strategic planning • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions • Oversee tax planning and optimize tax efficiency • Guide risk assessment and financial decision-making • Lead and develop the finance team for performance excellence Qualifications: • Bachelors in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred • 10 years of experience in a senior finance role (IT industry preferred) • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards
