The Manager – Finance will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting under Ind AS and US GAAP, including preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements. The role will also oversee statutory and internal audits, manage the global accounts payable function, and lead the procurement function, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency across entities.

Experience : 3- 5yearsHere's what you will get to explore: a. Financials:• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and US GAAP.• Manage annual financial close processes across multiple entities.• Perform consolidation activities including inter-company eliminations, currency translation, and reconciliation.• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.• Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
b. Global Account Payable Operations:• Manage the global accounts payable function across multiple geographies.• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.• Ensure compliance with approval matrices, payment terms, and internal control policies.• Drive AP process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.• Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.
c. Audit – Internal and Statutory:• Lead statutory audits, tax audits, and other regulatory audits, acting as the primary point of contact with auditors.• Handle internal audits, including coordination, closure of audit observations, and strengthening of internal controls.• Ensure compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, Income-tax Act, GST, and other relevant regulations.• Support preparation of audit schedules, notes to accounts, and management representations.
d. Procurement:• Oversee the procurement function, including vendor selection, contract review, and purchase order processes.• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with budget approvals and company policies.• Work closely with business teams to optimize costs and negotiate commercial terms.• Establish and monitor procurement controls and compliance with delegated authority.
e. Team & Stakeholder Management:• Lead and mentor AP, and procurement team members.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, F,P & A and AR teams.• Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc finance requirements.
We can see the next Entrepreneur At Seclore if you : • Are Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, and global finance operations.• Have ability to work in a multi-entity, multi-geography environment.• Have knowledge of accounting software- SAP-B1• Industry: Working with SAAS (Software as a Service) & IT (Information Technology) preferred
