Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and analyzing financial performance. Accounting Operations: Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations. Financial Planning: Developing financial strategies, long-term financial plans, and investment recommendations. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks. Collaboration: Working with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met. Team Management: Supervising and developing accounting team member
