Finance Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for inspecting account books and accounting systems to ensure they are up to date. Additionally, you will verify purchase invoices with purchase orders and coordinate with CHA for import clearance. Your role will also involve preparing and filing GST, TDS returns, ESIC, and PF. Furthermore, you will be responsible for finalizing various statements required by the company and providing financial results on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis as per the Head Office's requirements. You will summarize the current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep them up to date. - Verify purchase invoices with purchase orders. - Coordinate with CHA for import clearance and verify imported invoices and checklist for the Bill of Entry. - Prepare and file GST, TDS returns, ESIC, and PF. - Secure financial information by completing database backups. - Finalize various statements required by the company, such as FLA statement to RBI and IEC statement to DGFT. - Provide monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly financial results and other statements as per the Head Office's requirements. - Summarize the current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
