Job Description

Role: Finance Manager

  • Location: Bangalore (Work from office)
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in IT infrastructure or similar industries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are advantageous.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in IT infrastructure or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST), and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Greytip, & Tally).

Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current tax laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to management.

Leadership & Team Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in handling cross-regional teams and working with diverse team members.
  • Preference for candidates from Bangalore or Chennai with familiarity in South Indian work culture.
