Finance Manager

Role Overview: As the Finance Manager at Startup Factory Services India Pvt Ltd (SUFI), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial operations within the manufacturing domain. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring production costs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing cash flow, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to support decision-making. - Conduct budget forecasts and analyze financial data. - Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures. - Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries in compliance with accounting standards. - Manage cash flow to ensure operational needs and strategic investments are met. - Ensure adherence to financial regulations, manage audits, and implement internal controls to mitigate risks. - Lead and mentor the finance team in the future, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Set up procedures and process flow charts in the Accounts & Finance department. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing industries OR M.Com with 15 to 20 years of experience. - Thorough knowledge in GST, Income tax, TDS, and FEMA. - Proficiency in financial software, especially Tally ERP. - Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. - Understanding of manufacturing finance dynamics and service sector organization.
