Position: Finance Manager

Location: Lonavala

Company: Della Resorts and Adventure Pvt. Ltd.

Industry: Luxury Hospitality & Experiential Resorts

Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function for Della Resorts and Adventure Pvt. Ltd., ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning aligned with a luxury hospitality and adventure brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations for resort and adventure business verticals
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly MIS for senior management review
  • Monitor revenues, operating costs, departmental P&L, and profitability
  • Control hospitality cost heads including Rooms, F&B, Events, Adventure activities, and Maintenance
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
  • Handle statutory compliances: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable laws
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants
  • Manage cash flows, working capital, banking, and vendor payments
  • Implement SOPs, financial controls, and governance frameworks suitable for a luxury brand
  • Support pricing strategies, capex planning, and financial feasibility for new initiatives
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement cost control, and wastage reduction (especially F&B)
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and hospitality industry best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  • CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
  • 812 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience with luxury hospitality brands, resorts, hotels, or experiential businesses is mandatory
  • Strong exposure to hospitality accounting, cost control, and revenue analysis
  • Experience handling multi-department resort operations
  • Proficiency in ERP and hospitality accounting systems
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-end resort environment
