Roles & Responsibilities

Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.

Prepare monthly comprehensive Business Finance Metrics and guide the stake holders for Plan of Action (POA) to improve the efficiencies/benefits.

Managing Day-to-day Accounting Operations

Ensure timely monthly closing of books of accounts and publish the Financials

Working with cross-functional teams to maintain / improve Internal Controls

Analyse key financial and operational performance indicators in all areas of revenue, Gross Margin, operating costs, fixed expenses and capital expenditures to understand business performance

Risk analysis of cost and revenue elements of business and alert the stake holders for timely correction.

Drive Automation Projects to improve Timeliness, Efficiency and Accuracy of financial analytics.

Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

Lead Sales and AR function - Contracts, POs, Invoices, Receivables

Support on Compliances (PF,ESI, GST, TDS, Softex, etc.,)

Prepare and report weekly cash flows

Timely Interaction with the Investors and internal stake holders to provide visibility on the business performance

Prepare and maintain books of SubsidiariesManage necessary compliance for the subsidiaries.

Manage foreign exchange and contracts

Handle audit s & preparedness of records/reports for the same

Skills & Experience

Qualified CA, CMA, CFA

Experience - 3+ years in Corporate Finance
