Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will work with senior managements to develop financial strategies for the organization as a crucial team member of Virtual CFO services. This role involves providing independent advice to senior managements of established businesses on finance, accounts, and compliance areas while maintaining flexibility and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include supervising the entire financial, accounting, and compliance review of businesses, preparing and submitting MIS reports, data analysis reports, and other periodical management reports, as well as managing a team of accountants/finance professionals - both internal and external. Qualifications for this position include being a CA Inter/Final (with completed Articleship), CMA Inter/Final with experience in F&A and compliances, or B.Com/M.Com/MBA with experience in F&A and compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other leading accounting software is required.,
