Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the finance team across various F&A functions within Shared Services. - Oversee month-close activities, including scheduling, reviewing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial statements. - Review and approve journal entries, both routine and non-routine, including tax adjustments. - Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards. - Drive NetSuite implementation projects, actively involved in system setup, workflows, and reporting. - Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and compliance. - Provide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decisions. - Mentor and coach team members to enhance capability, engagement, and growth within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) preferred. - 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with a strong exposure to controllership, month-close, and ERP systems. - Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams in a Shared Services or corporate environment. - Expertise in journal entry review, reconciliations, non-routine entries, and financial reporting. - Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements. - Hands-on expertise with NetSuite implementation (mandatory). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
