This 6-month internship offers the opportunity for conversion into a full-time role based on your performance and contribution. You will collaborate with senior finance professionals, consultants, and business teams to ensure smooth financial operations and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. - Help track expenses, revenue, and cash flow for ongoing projects. - Assist in compliance-related documentation, audits, and regulatory filings. - Work with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business objectives. - Analyse financial performance metrics and prepare dashboards or reports for management. - Support process improvements in financial operations and internal controls. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - Strong interest in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate finance. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modelling. - Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or auditing. - Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) or ERP tools. - Basic understanding of financial regulations, tax concepts, or compliance processes.
