We are now building a strong email marketing engine to engage our growing community of meme-lovers, shoppers, and brand loyalists. Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and driven Email Marketing Intern who can help us build and scale our email marketing campaigns. This is not just about sending discounts—it’s about creating a fun, engaging newsletter and storytelling medium that keeps our community hooked, updated, and entertained. What You’ll Do: Plan, draft, and send engaging weekly newsletters that go beyond offers—covering new launches, behind-the-scenes brand stories, memes, and culture updates. Conceptualize and execute email campaigns for product drops, seasonal collections, and special offers. Create fresh, quirky subject lines and creative email copy that resonates with our audience. Coordinate with the design/content team for visuals and creatives. Track, analyze, and report email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.). Suggest and implement improvements based on engagement metrics. Experiment with formats (memes, mini-stories, product features, polls, etc.) to keep emails fun and unpredictable. What We’re Looking For: Strong writing skills with a quirky, meme-friendly, Gen-Z tone. Interest in fashion, youth culture, memes, and internet trends. Good communication and research ability. Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus. Creative thinker with an analytical mindset—comfortable with experimenting to improve performance.
