Finance Integration & Automation Leader

As the Integration Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial integration of acquired entities/businesses into Clearwater's existing operations. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for driving automation in current accounting processes and ensuring seamless integration to deliver value and efficiency across our unified operational framework. You will need to possess a strong background in systems automation, project management, and process optimization, along with excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across both organizations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive integration plan for acquisitions, collaborating with leadership teams to align integration objectives with overall business goals, acting as the primary point of contact during the integration process, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns. Additionally, you will assess existing systems, identify gaps in technology and automation, coordinate with IT teams for systems integration, review and map current processes to identify alignment opportunities, standardize processes across regions and entities, oversee the integration of Order to Cash processes, manage integration-related projects, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support for teams affected by the integration. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree with formal training in digitization, change management, or project management, along with 12-15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or systems integration roles. A strong understanding of systems automation tools and methodologies, a proven track record of managing integration projects in an M&A context, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management and collaboration tools are essential qualifications for this position.
