Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Collaborate with global teams (KSA, Africa, USA) to align financial strategies and reporting.

Monitor and manage financial performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.

Prepare detailed cost-benefit analysis and margin optimization reports for new and existing projects.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

Drive financial reporting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Project Management) to support business decisions with financial insights.

Support external audits and ensure robust internal controls are in place.

Contribute to strategic planning and business modeling initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred).

8 – 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in IT/Technology/Product/Consulting environments.

Proven experience working with cross-border teams (KSA, Africa, USA) and understanding of international business practices.

Strong understanding of multiple pricing models including software licensing and project consulting.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
