Job Description

Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts (F&A)

Job Summary:

Head of Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance and accounts function across all real estate projects and entities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee cash flow, fund management, project finance, and cost control.
Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, RERA, GST, and other applicable financial regulations.
Manage audits, both internal and external, and interface with statutory bodies and authorities.
Lead and manage legal/litigation-related financial matters, including disputes related to property transactions, land acquisition, or regulatory penalties.
Liaise with external legal counsel on finance-related litigations and represent the company in financial hearings when necessary.
Supervise and mentor the finance team to maintain accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning and investment decisions.
