Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts (F&A) Location: Raipur Industry: Real Estate Experience Level: 10+ years (preferably in real estate) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Reports to: CFO / Managing Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts to lead our finance function in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with substantial experience in real estate finance, litigation, and regulatory compliance. This role demands strategic financial leadership combined with hands-on experience in managing complex accounts, audits, and legal financial disputes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the finance and accounts function across all real estate projects and entities. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee cash flow, fund management, project finance, and cost control. Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, RERA, GST, and other applicable financial regulations. Manage audits, both internal and external, and interface with statutory bodies and authorities. Lead and manage legal/litigation-related financial matters, including disputes related to property transactions, land acquisition, or regulatory penalties. Liaise with external legal counsel on finance-related litigations and represent the company in financial hearings when necessary. Supervise and mentor the finance team to maintain accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning and investment decisions.
