Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive - Zoho Books/Tally, located in New Delhi. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate financial records, and utilizing accounting software such as Zoho Books and Tally for financial management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and reporting
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books and Tally
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Relevant degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred

ZOHO Books /Tlly Accounting software

▪ Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

▪ Maintain book of accounts and daily record keeping

▪ Day to Day General Ledger accounting and Reconciliation

▪ Monthly GST Data preparation and Return

▪ Bank & Vendor Reconciliation

▪ Journalize entries of revenue, expenses, invoices and other accounting entries

▪ Preparation of e-way bill

▪ Stock and internal auditing

▪ GST 2A Reconciliation

▪ MIS preparation and investor reporting

▪ Preparing employee remuneration and maintain proper book of accounts

▪ Create invoices and bills

▪ ERP – Tally

▪ Dealing with internal and external auditors

▪ TDS return, ESI, PF and all statutory compliances

▪ Preparation of e-way bill

▪ Zoho, Tally, Microsoft Navision, Excel, MS Office, windows and internet applications
