POSITION SUMMARY

The position is responsible for auditing, executing and documenting of accounting practices and projects within defined controls. Key projects and responsibilities may include activities such as: data entry of invoices or other transactional data, Blackbook reconciliations and preparation, policy audit and compliance (delegation of authority, tolerance limits, etc.) This role will provide technical and analytical support in the areas of financial accounting and internal control as it relates to the VS&Co accounting and financial systems applications. RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute accounting principles in compliance with internal SOX, Anti-Corruption and Operational Controls for (1) general ledger accuracy (2) audit accuracy and (3) reporting accuracy
• Structured data entry including, but not limited to: a. Vendor Invoices and Credit Memos b. Vendor Invoice and Goods Receipt clearing c. Transaction reversals and related clearing d. Vendor Freight Claims

• Standard report generation and distribution • Group email box administration including responses to vendors and/or internal customers

• Reply to 3 rd party partners via structured responses

• General ledger and sub-ledger clearing • Identify irregularities and variances against audit and controls criterion

• Assist in preparing monthly black book accounts (general ledger balance sheet reconciliations)
• Analyze incoming questions or variances and determine routing to correct team
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
• Identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency and effectiveness

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Advanced degree or CPA a plus
• 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related
• Relevant SAP experience required
• Strong PC skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
