About the Role

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations including

  accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

  .
• Prepare and review

  financial statements, budgets, and management reports

  .
• Assist in

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies

  .
• Support

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  
• Monitor

  cash flow, expenses, and financial performance

  to provide insights for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
  
• Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing financial controls.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field

  .
• Proven experience (1–5 years) in

  finance, accounting, or audit roles

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and familiarity with accounting software (e.g.,

  Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books

  ).
• Strong understanding of

  financial principles, accounting standards, and taxation

  .
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as

  CA (Inter), CMA, CPA, or MBA (Finance)

  .
• Experience working with

  ERP systems

  and

  automated reporting tools

  .
• Knowledge of

  financial compliance and internal audit processes

  .
• Familiarity with

  GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

  (for India-based roles)
