Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Financial Reporting
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor expenses against budget and report variances.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure timely payment and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Banking & Cash Flow Management
Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow monitoring.
Coordinate with banks for payments, loans, and related activities.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with procurement, HR, and operations for financial approvals and documentation.
Assist in audits by providing necessary records and clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in finance or accounting role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP / SAP preferred).
Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,557.63 - ₹25,108.60 per month
