Job Description

Required Skills and Key Responsibilities:

·       B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related field with 3+years of work experience in accounts

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

·       Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP software (or relevant accounting tools).

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

·       Knowledge of taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.

·       Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Handle day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation).

·       Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and statements.

·       Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).

·       Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.

·       Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

·       Support management in financial planning and analysis.

·       Preferably immediate joiner
