As a Finance Executive in the Hospitality & Insurance sector, located in Goregaon E, Mumbai, you will be a vital part of the Client Relations & Private Finance / Finance Department. Your role as an experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of finance expertise will involve financial management, budgeting, compliance, and reporting within the hospitality and insurance industries. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will enable you to provide strategic financial insights contributing to business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators for hospitality and insurance operations. Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations will be crucial. You will assist in budget development and management for various departments, analyze financial performance, forecast trends, and recommend cost-optimization strategies. Monitoring and analyzing expenses, revenue generation, and operational costs to identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining service quality will be part of your responsibilities. Smooth processing of insurance claims and hospitality-related financial transactions will fall under your purview. Compliance with financial regulations, taxation policies, and audits, as well as addressing audit queries related to financial and tax compliance, will be essential. Providing insights to senior management on investment opportunities, resource allocation, and profitability will be a key aspect of your role. Collaborating with hospitality operations, insurance claims departments, and senior executives to enhance financial efficiency and decision-making will be crucial. Utilizing financial software and ERP systems for financial analysis and reporting, and developing and enforcing internal financial controls to safeguard company assets will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar being advantageous. Having 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or analysis, along with a strong understanding of hospitality and insurance finance practices will be beneficial. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential. Excellent communication skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines will be critical for success in this role.,
