About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our finance and accounts operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and assisting in budgeting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments on time.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/ERP).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
