Finance Executive

Role Overview

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to financial management in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP/finance software.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
• Support monthly/quarterly closing and coordination with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Monitor inventory costing, expense tracking, and financial controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Marketing) for financial clarity.
• Assist management in strategic decision-making with timely financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance/accounts (experience in F&B/retail/startup is a plus).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
