Finance Executive - Compliance Specialist

Role Overview: As an Assistant at The Westin Chennai Velachery, your primary role will be to assist management in training, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees. You will serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Your responsibilities will include reporting incidents and unsafe conditions to the manager, maintaining awareness of undesirable persons on the property premises, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
