Finance Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

The incumbent would be responsible for financial accounting and reporting but not limited to-

1. Good knowledge of accounting for recording of transactions and monthly and annually book closure.

2. Ensuring successful and timely closure of Statutory Audits. Working in creating schedules that reconcile with books and handling their queries of Auditors.

3. Good understanding of compliances of all direct and indirect taxes MSME, TDS, Advance Tax, GST (Input and Output).

4. Responsible for financial accounting, reporting. Prepare financial reports including balance sheet, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.

5. Ensure timeline and accuracy of payments.

6. Handle tax compliances, GL entries, vendor management.

7. Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

8. Take care of expense analysis.

9. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

10. Manage and track inventory levels, ensure accuracy and validity of inventory, and reconcile inventory records.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Accounts professional with a minimum 3 years of finance & accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and service industries will be preferred.

• Experience with accounting software and systems like SAP, Tally, ZOHO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsibility factor needs to be high.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Good excel skills are a must Advance formulas, Power BI.
