JOB PURPOSE

• Assisting with the preparation of weekly or monthly financial reports and creating standardized report templates.
• Preparation of cost centre report on monthly basis which forms base for MIS.
• MIS files for respective departments which includes marketing, operations and P&C.
• MS Excel skills (advanced excel)
• Basic Presentation skills.
• Interacting with other departments, if required for desired data collection.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data

• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create financial dashboards

To carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected of you by your immediate manager or a senior director.

CONTEXT

(a) Operating Environment:

Day to day activity management with human resource, IT & ADP team and keeping a track of all activities and maintaining timely closure.

(b) Framework & Boundaries:

Month end closing activities in relation to payroll and fixed assets, TAT management, Abide by the Finance, HR & ABC policies.

RELATIONSHIP

Frequent communication with HR, IT & ADP.

Maintaining a regular and close contact with all employees for their payroll related queries.
